The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is seeking to identify individuals captured in surveillance video footage pertaining to a double shooting on Arrott Street.
The incident, which took place on Monday, March 25th, resulted in the death of one male victim, while the other victim is expected to survive.
The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in any homicide case. The suspects, described as two black males approximately 6 feet tall, one wearing a dark jacket and hood and the other wearing a black jacket over a red hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans with distinct color markings, along with a heavy-set black female in a tan jacket, were caught on video.
