Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help locating Shalaca Bramhan, 28, and Kisha Eutsey, 36, both wanted for questioning in connection with the investigation of a business robbery that occurred on Friday, April 28, 2024.

At approximately 6 p.m., Police responded to Family Dollar, located in the 100 block of Clinton Avenue, on a call of an aggravated assault. A female suspect attempted to exit the store with a bag of items. A worker at the front door grabbed the bag and locked the door awaiting the arrival of the Police. A male suspect outside the store attempted to assist the female suspect by opening the door and striking the worker with a closed fist. The female suspect, who had the bag filled with merchandise, then pepper sprayed the worker’s face. The suspects fled on foot, heading eastbound on Clinton Avenue.

Detectives investigating this incident describe the female suspect as having black hair and wearing a black leather jacket and burgundy top. The second suspect was wearing a gray hat, blue hooded sweatshirt, yellow and black long-sleeve button-up shirt, and black jeans. Police are seeking Bramhan and Eutsey for questioning regarding this incident.
