Cumberland woman cited on animal cruelty and disorderly charges
Cumberland, MD — A Cumberland woman is facing charges after a private citizen filed a complaint that led to a criminal summons.
Lisa Ann Caruana, 61, was served the summons April 20 following charges filed in the District Court of Allegany County.
She is charged with animal cruelty and disturbing the peace/disorderly conduct.
Authorities said the charges originated from a complaint filed by a private citizen. Caruana was released pending trial.
