BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department reported a successful apprehension of a suspect in a stolen vehicle case in the city’s Northwest District. On November 29, 2023, officers patrolling the 3900 block of Hilton Road were alerted by a License Plate Reader (LPR) about a stolen vehicle nearby.
The officers located the vehicle in the 3300 block of Hilton Road and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, identified as 34-year-old Kennard Harrison, was found not to be the owner of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was equipped with stolen dealer tags.
Harrison was arrested and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he faced charges related to the stolen vehicle and tags.
