Belligerent Drunkard Taunted Police While Continuing to Drink

STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested early Wednesday morning at the Wawa on South Gateway Drive for public intoxication and consuming alcohol in public view. The incident occurred at approximately 2:44 AM.
