Bronx Prosecutor Resigns After Being Caught Soliciting Young Boy Online for Sex

Bronx, NY – Assistant District Attorney William C.C. Kemp-Neal, 30, has resigned from the Bronx District Attorney’s office following allegations that he attempted to meet a 13-year-old boy for sex. Kemp-Neal’s resignation came four days after the group Dads Against Predators posted a video of him in a Target parking lot in Mount Vernon.

“William Kemp-Neal worked here as an ADA from June 28, 2020, until July 17, 2024. He resigned from the office,” stated DA Darcel Clark’s office. Kemp-Neal, who earned $84,990 annually, handled cases involving assault, harassment, and child endangerment.

Although no arrests have been made and Kemp-Neal has not been charged with any crime, police have stated that officers “encountered several individuals making allegations of wrongdoing” and have promised a “comprehensive investigation.”
