Buffalo, NY — Buffalo police say officers seized multiple loaded firearms, suspected drugs, and more than $81,000 in cash after executing two search warrants simultaneously on April 10.
The warrants targeted a residence on St. Florian Street and a location in the 400 block of Stockbridge Avenue, according to an April 12 release from the Buffalo Police Department. The searches were authorized by Erie County Court Judge Erin Hart and carried out by the department’s Intelligence Unit alongside the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
What police recovered during the raids
Investigators reported recovering six firearms from the Stockbridge Avenue location, including a Remington 12-gauge shotgun and multiple handguns, all loaded with ammunition.
Police also detailed a significant seizure of suspected narcotics and cash, including cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, MDMA, and psilocybin mushrooms, along with various pills and drug paraphernalia.
The Buffalo Police Department said the operation resulted in the recovery of $81,784 in cash.

According to the department, the firearms recovered included a Remington 870 shotgun loaded with six rounds, a Smith & Wesson MP Shield 9mm with seven rounds, and several other pistols and revolvers, each loaded with ammunition.
Detectives also reported seizing approximately 3,275 grams of suspected cocaine and 2,250 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine. Additional items included 21 pills believed to be oxycodone, 18 pills suspected to be hydrocodone, 14 grams of suspected MDMA, and 12 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms.
Authorities said various drug paraphernalia was also recovered at the scene.
Federal partnership in investigation
The Buffalo Police Intelligence Unit worked in coordination with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, a federal initiative that supports local agencies in targeting violent crime and drug trafficking.
Officials did not release details about specific suspects, arrests, or whether additional charges are pending in connection with the searches.
The department has not indicated whether the two locations are directly connected as part of the same investigation.
