Teen Arrested in Connection with Claymont Robbery

**Claymont, DE** – Delaware State Police have arrested a 15-year-old girl related to a robbery at a Food Lion parking lot in Claymont earlier this month.

On the evening of October 3, at approximately 7:52 p.m., troopers responded to the robbery at 3609 Philadelphia Pike. A 78-year-old woman was targeted as she returned to her vehicle. One suspect seized her purse, causing a struggle that resulted in the purse’s contents spilling onto the ground, including her car key fob, which was taken by the suspects.

Detectives identified a 12-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old girl as suspects and secured arrest warrants. The two male suspects were previously apprehended last week.

On October 29, the 15-year-old girl was taken into custody without incident. She was charged with robbery and conspiracy and subsequently committed to VisionQuest Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond.

Stafford, VA – Traffic Stop Leads to Arrests and Drug Seizure

A traffic stop in Stafford County resulted in the arrest of two wanted individuals and the seizure of controlled substances on Monday. At approximately 12:37 p.m., Deputy R.A. Weatherholtz observed a Cadillac with improper registration on Plantation Drive.

The vehicle was stopped on Lichfield Boulevard where Deputy Weatherholtz recognized the rear passenger, Deklyn Atkins, 21, wanted in Caroline County. The front passenger, Jasmine Calhoun, 25, was wanted in Fredericksburg. Both were taken into custody without incident.

Deputy F.A. Martinez and K-9 Mija, trained to detect narcotics, conducted a search of the vehicle. They found narcotics in a box near Atkins’ seat, in driver Dane Wisdom’s backpack, the center console, and his sock. Calhoun’s area had no items of evidentiary value.

Wisdom, 40, faces charges for two counts of possession of controlled substances and is held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail. Atkins was also charged with possession, served her warrant, and is held without bond. Calhoun’s bond is set at $2

Fugitive Wanted for Murder of 16-Year-Old in Baltimore County

### Baltimore County Police Seek Homicide Suspect

**Towson, MD** – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for 16-year-old Brayan Rodriguez, suspected in the murder of another 16-year-old. Officers responded to a shooting on Reisterstown Road on Sunday, where they discovered the victim.

The injured teenager was transported to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead. Authorities are requesting public assistance in locating Rodriguez.

Rodriguez is believed to frequent the Pikesville area. The police advise that anyone who sees him should call 911 without approaching.

Information about Rodriguez can also be submitted anonymously to Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587, where it could qualify for a reward of up to $2,000. Individuals can also provide information via the iWATCH program on the Baltimore County Police Department’s website.

Woman Attacked in Georgetown

Assault Investigation Initiated by Delaware Police

**Georgetown, DE** – Delaware State Police are investigating an assault that took place on Sandhill Road, Georgetown. The incident occurred on the night of October 30, when a woman was attacked by an unidentified male.

Detectives responded to Beebe Healthcare in Lewes in the early hours of Thursday, at approximately 1:30 a.m., following the report. The assault happened as the victim approached a parked car on the side of the road near her residence on the 18000 block. She used a flashlight taser to fend off the attack, and the assailant fled.

Mother and Daugther Found Dead, Shot in Willingboro Home

Two Women Found Fatally Shot in Willingboro Home

**Willingboro, NJ** – Two women, identified as Catherine Nunez, 33, and her mother Marisol Nunez, 54, were found fatally shot in their home early Sunday morning. The incident occurred in the Hawthorne Park neighborhood and is under investigation by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and Willingboro Township Police Department.

Police responded to a call reporting a burglary in progress on the first block of Harrington Circle just after 4 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered the bodies of the victims in an upstairs bedroom. Autopsies conducted by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood confirmed that both women died from gunshot wounds.

The initial investigation suggests entry was gained through a broken first-floor window. The intruder or intruders fled the scene before the police arrived, and no arrests have been made. Authorities do not believe this was a random event and assured residents in the area are not considered at risk.

Juvenile Arrested for DUI After Birthday Party

**Stafford, VA** – A juvenile was caught driving under the influence after attending a birthday party Saturday night.

On Wednesday at approximately 10:05 p.m., Deputy S.C. Steinway noticed a vehicle improperly situated near Brooke Road and Caroway Drive. A Kia was found stuck in a ditch. Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux arrived to assist and ensure the driver was unharmed.

The juvenile driver claimed the crash resulted from poor headlights. Deputies detected an alcohol odor and the driver confessed to consuming Twisted Tea. He was also found with a THC vape. When questioned about a designated driver, the juvenile showed unfamiliarity with the concept. Subsequent criminal complaints included DUI, underage possession of THC and alcohol, and reckless driving.

With Halloween approaching, the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office advises the public to arrange transportation if consuming alcohol. Additional patrols will be conducted to promote road safety during the holiday period.
