The juvenile and a restaurant manager promptly alerted authorities upon Wolchuk’s return to the location.

Wolchuk was taken into custody and charged with solicitation of a minor, trafficking for a commercial sex act, and unlawful removal of registration. He was booked into the Hamilton County Jail, with his case scheduled for Collegedale Municipal Court on June 25.

Chief Jack Sapp praised the response of officers and the cooperation of the restaurant staff and victim, stating, “Our officers acted quickly and professionally to prevent a serious crime. We are grateful for the timely report that allowed us to intervene.”
