The Township of Jackson has posted a full list of 25 safety and conduct rules governing the facility. These include mandatory swimwear, restricted use of the spray pad to those without infections or open wounds, and a strict ban on glass containers, water toys, and rough play. Swim diapers are required for young children not yet toilet trained.

Additional rules prohibit organized groups, skateboards, pets, and strollers within the spray pad area. Visitors are instructed to vacate the park during visible or audible thunder or lightning.

In the event of emergencies, guests should call 911. For rule violations or questions, the Department of Recreation can be reached at 732-928-1260.
