MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Late-morning gunfire brought police to a Germantown neighborhood Tuesday after two men were shot and rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Montgomery County police.

Officers were dispatched around 11:20 a.m. to the 19500 block of Crystal Rock Drive after reports of shots fired. Responding units found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a nearby hospital and are expected to survive.

Police secured the scene but said no suspect information is available at this time. Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the shooting.
