Single ticket strikes $1.42M jackpot in Lancaster County lottery win
Earl Township, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a $1,420,000 jackpot-winning ticket after matching all six numbers in the latest Match 6 Lotto drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at CVS, located at 706 West Main Street in Earl Township, Lancaster County, for the April 16 drawing.
Lottery officials said the ticket matched all six numbers — 1, 8, 12, 18, 19, and 34 — to secure the jackpot prize, before applicable taxes.
The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The identity of the winner has not been released, as prizes are not confirmed until the ticket is claimed and validated. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to come forward.
Officials noted that more than 52,700 additional tickets also won smaller prizes in the same drawing.
