Daytime shooting in Baltimore under investigation

BALTIMORE, Md. — A 35-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound after he walked into a Baltimore hospital seeking treatment late Saturday morning. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

The shooting reportedly took place on November 2, around 11:43 a.m. in the 600 block of Dukeland Street. Western District patrol officers were alerted to the victim’s arrival at the hospital and responded to gather preliminary details.

Detectives are now investigating the circumstances of the shooting and are asking anyone with information to come forward. Tips can be directed to Western District detectives at 410-396-2477, or anonymously through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
