SMYRNA, DE – Delaware State Police arrested Miguel Fantauzzi-Rivera, 34, of Lincoln, on Tuesday night on DUI and weapon charges following a vehicle pursuit.
The incident began when Fantauzzi-Rivera violated a court order and fled from a trooper at a residence on West Glenwood Avenue, Smyrna.
The suspect was arrested after he lost control of the vehicle and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a stolen firearm.
Fantauzzi-Rivera was committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on an $8,106 secured bond.
