PHILADELPHIA, PA — A 38-year-old man was found dead early Wednesday morning, lying on a plastic sheet between two parked cars in Northwest Philadelphia, with a firearm resting on his chest, police said.
Jordan Baxter, a resident of Bells Mill Road, was pronounced dead at 7:07 a.m. after officers from the 5th District responded to reports of a person screaming just before 7 a.m. The Philadelphia Fire Department’s medic unit confirmed the death upon arrival at the scene.
