JACKSON, NJ – After years of lawsuits against the Jackson Township Planning Board and the township over allegations of denying projects based on bias, the planning board has some new faces.
Gone are former Planning Board Chairman Robert Hudack and Noah Canderozzi.
Replacing Hudak is former Jackson School Board member Tzvi Herman. Herman was voted unanimously by the board to take that position.
Planning Board attorney Sean Gertner has also been replaced. Gertner was appointed to become a judge by Governor Phil Murphy. Replacing Gertner will be Robert Shea, Jr., a land use attorney based in Toms River.
Mayor Michael Reina re-appointed former planning board chairman Ken Bressi as his designee on the board.
