A 66-year-old Potomac woman died after a late morning e-bike crash in Rehoboth Beach, according to Delaware State Police.

Rehoboth Beach, Del. — A Maryland woman who died in a fatal e-bike crash in Rehoboth Beach over the weekend has been identified as 66-year-old Stephanie Lewis of Potomac, Delaware State Police said Monday.

Lewis was killed in the crash late Saturday morning, according to an update from the Delaware State Police.

Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances leading up to the collision.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the crash and is asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant A. Mitchell at (302) 703-3269. Information can also be provided through a private Facebook message to Delaware State Police or anonymously through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.

Police have not said when additional information about the investigation may be released.
