DOVER, OH – A Dover man won a million-dollar lottery ticket and chose a $500,000 cash payout option this week. According to the Ohio Lottery Commission, Mike Swartzwelder Jr. won $1,000,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Extreme Millions. He chose the $500,000 cash option.
After a tax cut of 28% including state and federal taxes, Swartzwelder will receive $360,000.
He purchased his ticket at Tornabene’s Drive Thru, at 707 N Crater Ave in Dover.
