CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. — Aron Altman and Chana Altman of New City have been charged with one count each of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, according to the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office.
The misdemeanor charges were filed by Clarkstown Police Detective Keith Teneyck, who issued desk appearance tickets directing both defendants to appear in Clarkstown Town Court on August 11 at 9:30 a.m.
The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office will review the charges and determine how to proceed with prosecution.
