BROOKLYN, NY – Elite pizzerias from New Jersey will showcase their culinary expertise at the inaugural One Bite Pizza Festival in Brooklyn this Saturday.

The event will take place at 1904 Surf Ave from 12:30 pm to 6 pm. Tickets are still available, ranging from $249 to $299. The festival aims to blend food and music, expecting to attract over 5,000 pizza aficionados. Maimonides Park, adjacent to the Coney Island Boardwalk, will serve as the venue.

Participating New Jersey pizzerias include Angeloni’s Restaurant & Pizzeria in Caldwell, known for its “Thinny Thin” pizza and high-end Italian menu. Artichoke Basille’s Pizza, with locations in Hoboken, Jersey City, and New Brunswick, will also be in attendance. Their sister restaurant, Sally Boy’s in Red Bank, will join them.

The Brook Tap House in West Caldwell will feature their variety of pizzas that emphasize quality ingredients. Brooklyn Square, with locations in Toms River and Jackson, will also be present, operated by first-generation Italian Pietro “Peter” Grippo.

Calabria Pizzeria & Restaurant from Livingston will showcase their authentic Italian cuisine, followed by Coniglio’s Old Fashioned in Morristown, owned by ten-time world champion pizza maker Nino Coniglio. De Lorenzo’s Tomato Pies, a staple in Robbinsville Township, will offer their renowned tomato pies.

Federici’s Family Restaurant from Freehold Borough, with a history spanning four generations, will serve their award-winning thin-crust pizza. Nellie’s Place in Waldwick, popular for its all-American cuisine and family environment, and Santillo’s Brick Oven Pizza in Elizabeth, run by the third generation of the Santillo family, complete the lineup.

The event promises a large-scale interactive experience featuring a range of activations, artists, and unlimited pizza tastings. It is accessible by metro and is expected to attract fans from all five NYC boroughs.
