Lucky Jersey Cash 5 player matches all five numbers while Browns Mills retailer scores bonus for selling the winning ticket
TRENTON, N.J. — A routine stop at a Burlington County pub led to a life-changing lottery win Wednesday after a New Jersey Lottery player matched all five numbers in the Jersey Cash 5 drawing to claim a jackpot worth $451,010.
The winning numbers were 01, 06, 14, 40 and 41. The Bullseye number was 14, and the XTRA multiplier was 03.
The jackpot-winning ticket was sold at Country Lakes Pub & Grill, located at 558 Lakehurst Road in Browns Mills. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The winning ticket was the only one to match all five numbers, ending the current jackpot run and delivering the top prize to a player in Burlington County.
In addition to the jackpot winner, 26 players matched four of the five winning numbers and the Bullseye to win $500 each. Four of those players increased their prizes to $1,500 by purchasing the XTRA option.
Following the win, the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot was reset to $150,000 for Thursday’s drawing.
Jersey Cash 5 drawings are held daily, with players attempting to match all five numbers for the rolling jackpot prize.
