PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police responded to a hit-and-run incident at the intersection of 11th and Vine Street on Thursday, at 9:19 pm.
A 53-year-old pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing Vine Street.
The driver fled the scene without providing aid. The victim, transported to Jefferson University Hospital, is in critical but stable condition.
The Crash Investigation Division is actively investigating this case. There have been no arrests made at this time.
