Police and Secret Service Agents Overrun by Palestinian Protesters Outside White House

June 8, 2024

WASHINGTON, DC—Pro-Palestinian demonstrators have taken control of Lafayette Square, which is located directly in front of the White House. The occupation occurred after U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Park Police were compelled to retreat when surrounded by the protestors. The police, overwhelmed by the number of demonstrators, faced severe provocation as some supporters of Hamas directed them to “kill yourselves.”

The incident happened across the street from the White House. One protester carried a bloodied decapitated head of President Joe Biden.

At the protest, men dressed in Hamas colors, with pro-Hamas signs showed support for the international Muslim terrorist organization.

Protesters threw trash and bottles at park police and Secret Service agents, forcing them to retreat from the national park. They continued defacing monuments and damaging property.
