Police in Wall Township nab three in one day on drug and warrant charges

Wall Township police make multiple arrests during first week of December

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Three men were taken into custody during the first week of December in separate incidents involving narcotics, outstanding warrants, and theft, according to an arrest blotter released by the Wall Township Police Department.

On Tuesday, December 2, a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34 led to the arrest of Anthony Cassiere, 46, of Spring Lake. Patrolman Thomas Gavaghan took Cassiere into custody for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Cassiere was processed and released on a summons pending a court appearance.

In a separate case the same day, Patrolman Connor Caponegro responded to the Bergen County Jail and arrested John Deperi, 48, of Nutley, on a Wall Township warrant for theft. Deperi was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Later, Patrolman Jerry Baker arrested Maxsimli Lopez-Solano, 31, of Lakewood, at the Ocean County Correctional Institution. Lopez-Solano was wanted on a Wall Township traffic warrant and was also transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

These arrests were part of police activity conducted between December 1 and December 7, as part of regular enforcement efforts.
