Queens man stabbed to death inside Sutphin Boulevard building, killer on the loose

QUEENS, N.Y. – A 21-year-old man was fatally stabbed early Sunday morning inside a building on Sutphin Boulevard, police said.

Officers arrived at the scene around 1:51 a.m. after a 911 call reported a man injured inside 9402 Sutphin Boulevard.

The victim, suffering from a stab wound to the abdomen, was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Victim’s identity not yet released

Police have not yet released the name of the victim pending notification of his family. The attack took place within the confines of the 103rd Precinct, which covers parts of Jamaica and Hollis.
