SAINT JAMES, NY — A second-prize Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Saint James for the May 27 drawing, as announced by the New York Lottery.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Liquorium, located at 430-04 North Country Rd.
Powerball numbers are drawn from two pools: one to 69 for the white balls and one to 26 for the red Power Ball, with drawings held on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 PM.
