Seafood and Clam Bar set to open new Brick location at former Rosalita’s, Eat at Joe’s site

Brick, NJ – Ocean County’s dining scene is about to get a major upgrade as Cuzin’s Seafood and Clam Bar prepares to open a new location at Brick Plaza, filling the longtime restaurant space once home to Rosalita’s Roadside Cantina and Tre Pizza Pasta and Beer Garden.

The announcement comes just months after the popular Brick Plaza restaurants closed their doors following seven years in business. According to plaza management, Cuzin’s will bring its upscale seafood concept — known for fresh catches, raw bar offerings, and modern coastal fare — to 100 Cedar Bridge Avenue, marking the brand’s third location in New Jersey.

Construction is already underway at the site, which most recently housed Burritos Tacos Cerveza and before it was a Mexican restaurant, it originally opened as Eat at Joe’s Seafood. The new restaurant is expected to open later in 2026, expanding Cuzin’s presence beyond its current spots in Marlboro and New Brunswick.

Founded by restaurateurs with a reputation for blending a lively bar atmosphere with fine dining seafood, Cuzin’s has become a favorite for signature dishes like lobster rolls, seafood towers, and its namesake clam bar.
