Ocean County pair arrested during Wall Township police stop

Two arrested in Wall Township on crack cocaine possession charges

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — A traffic stop led to the arrest of two Ocean County residents after officers found crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to information released by Wall Township Police.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo arrested Danny Reed, 41, of Toms River, and Victoria Mongold-Reed, 36, of Forked River, on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reed was processed and released on a summons. Mongold-Reed was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Authorities emphasized that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law, with full constitutional and state-guaranteed rights.
