NORTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a jackpot-winning Match 6 Lotto ticket worth $1.42 million after Wednesday’s drawing — and the winning ticket was sold at a Sheetz convenience store in Westmoreland County.
The ticket matched all six winning numbers — 1, 11, 12, 28, 38, and 43 — to hit the $1,420,000 jackpot. The prize amount is subject to applicable withholding.
The winning ticket was sold at Sheetz located at 13700 Route 30 in North Huntingdon Township. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the jackpot ticket.
As of Thursday, the winner has not yet come forward to claim the prize. Pennsylvania Lottery officials stress that all winners must validate and sign their tickets before filing a claim. Match 6 Lotto winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
More than 48,800 other Match 6 tickets also won prizes in the same drawing. Players are advised to check all tickets carefully.
