PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting occurred in the 2700 block of Winton Terrace in West Passyunk. An adult male sustained gunshot wounds to the stomach and chest. He was transported to the hospital by the police.
Witnesses describe the suspect as a black male in his 30s, with dreads, a thin build, wearing a white shirt, and jeans.
The individual was possibly seen fleeing in a white SUV heading west towards 28th and Snyder.
