Catskill, NY – New York State Police are investigating a suspicious death in the Town of Catskill after a body was discovered Friday in the area of Forrest View Drive.
Troopers from the State Police Catskill barracks responded to the scene and remain on site as the investigation continues.
Authorities said there is currently no threat to the public.

State Police have not released the identity of the deceased or any additional details about the circumstances surrounding the death. Detectives from Troop F are conducting interviews and collecting evidence at the scene as part of an active investigation.
