WASHINGTON, D.C. — A suspect is being sought in connection with a shooting that occurred around noon today in the 2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 18-22 years old, with a slim build and long dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white writing and a logo on the back and light blue jeans.
