The couple, alongside three co-defendants, is accused of selling stolen high-end makeup, perfume, and designer clothing under Yvelisse Fashion, LLC. They allegedly directed theft crews to acquire specific items and sold these in Queens and the Dominican Republic. Charges include fostering the sale of stolen goods, a new crime in New York.
DA Katz emphasized the importance of consumer caution when purchasing from unfamiliar sources as the holidays approach. The defendants reportedly sold over $2 million in stolen goods over two years through various locations. This case is noted as the first time New York’s new law against selling stolen goods has been enforced. Queens Man Charged with Pandemic Relief Fund Fraud
**Queens, NY** – Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz has charged Humayun Kabir with grand larceny and related crimes. He allegedly misappropriated pandemic relief funds via federal loans meant to aid workers and small business owners suffering due to COVID-19. Kabir reportedly used the money to purchase properties in Niagara Falls.
Kabir, 53, secured a Payroll Protection Program loan and an Economic Injury Disaster loan by claiming economic harm from working as an Uber and Lyft driver. DA Katz expressed that her office would aggressively pursue those exploiting government relief programs. She acknowledged the collaborative efforts with Homeland Security Investigations New York, the New York State Department of Financial Services, and the NYPD Financial Crimes Task Force.

**Mount Holly, NJ** – Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw has announced the arrest of a man accused of murdering his cellmate at the Burlington County Jail.
Rondale Holloman, 37, from Burlington Township, faces a First Degree Murder charge following the death of Kenneth Bulle, 74, from Mount Holly. The case is being prepared for a grand jury to consider an indictment.
The investigation started early on Tuesday when corrections officers discovered the incident. Kenneth Bulle was pronounced dead after the attack, with an autopsy confirming death by manual strangulation, conducted by Dr. Ian Hood, Burlington County Medical Examiner.
The Prosecutor’s Office led the investigation, with Major Crimes Unit Detective Nicholas Schieber and Crime Scene Unit Detective Steven Trunfio spearheading the efforts. Assistant Prosecutor Robert S. Van Gilst from the BCPO Major Crimes Unit will handle the prosecution. All individuals involved are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

When the victim wished to cease these activities, Echeverrias reportedly threatened her with a knife to extort money. Additional charges in the indictment include grand larceny, robbery, and extortion involving two victims, during which Echeverrias allegedly used a knife to further intimidate them and steal their phones.
District Attorney Katz emphasized the severity of the allegations, noting the use of threats to exploit one victim and terrorize another for personal gain. She highlighted the creation of the Human Trafficking Bureau as part of the ongoing effort to combat such abuses. **HARRISBURG, PA** – Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry, alongside the Pennsylvania State Police and New Jersey State Police, announced charges against 20 individuals for alleged cocaine trafficking in the Philadelphia area. Investigators state the group, led by Anthony “Bang” Blake, protected their large-scale drug operation with firearms.
Earlier this month, authorities executed multiple search warrants, which led to the recovery of 20 firearms, 12.5 pounds of cocaine, other drugs, and cash. Warrants were primarily carried out in Philadelphia and New Jersey, assisted by New Jersey State Police. Among those arrested were Kenneth McCall, Tyrone Hayward, and others, while Khalil Rippy, Terrell Brice, and Jonathan Cruz still have active warrants.

**Queens, NY** – Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz has announced that Kong Gao has been charged with fraudulent making of an electronic access device and criminal possession of forgery devices. This is in relation to a large-scale theft of network cable streaming and Wi-Fi services in Flushing and Whitestone.
Gao, aged 35, allegedly manufactured approximately 200 modem devices embedded with malware that mimics legitimate services like Spectrum, operated by Charter Communications. On Friday, Gao was arraigned, and he faces a potential maximum sentence of seven years if convicted of the top count. Judge Marty Lentz has ordered Gao to return to court on January 16, 2025.
In April, Charter Communications launched an investigation into widespread unauthorized use of their services, identifying about 6,000 cloned accounts. The investigation, assisted by a private investigative firm, linked Gao to advertisements offering fraudulent Wi-Fi services and modem installations. Authorities executed a search warrant at Gao’s residence on November 14.

**Dover, DE** – Delaware State Police and Dover Police Department have apprehended 18-year-old Sahir Samuels on multiple firearm-related charges after a stolen gun investigation.
In September, authorities began investigating a firearm theft in the 100 block of West Loockerman Street, identifying Samuels as the suspect. Samuels, a probationer prohibited from firearm possession, was arrested without incident Thursday by the Kent County Governor’s Task Force. During a probation search of his home, officers found a stolen Taurus 9mm handgun, a 3D printed Glock-style frame, trigger, mechanism, along with 9mm magazines and ammunition.
Following his arrest, Samuels was taken to Troop 3, charged, and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7. He is currently held at Sussex Correctional Institution on a $44,000 cash bond.
The charges against Samuels include felony counts of theft of a firearm, possession of an unfinished firearm frame or receiver without a serial number, possession of a firearm during a felony, and possession of a firearm or ammunition by a prohibited person. Additionally, he is charged with attempted possession of a weapon with an obliterated serial number.
Stafford Man Charged after Rent Dispute Turns Violent
**Stafford, VA** – Early Thursday morning, a Stafford man was arrested following a violent dispute with his roommate over rent disagreements.
Deputies K.P. Hall and M.A. Holub were on Shaw Court at around 3:02 a.m. when they heard loud noises and someone yelling for help from a residence. The deputies responded promptly to the scene to investigate the disturbance.
Inside the residence, the deputies found two men, including Mychal Tamillow, who was reportedly intoxicated. Tamillow confronted his roommate regarding rent issues, which escalated when he broke down a bedroom door, assaulted the roommate, and demanded money. The confrontation was halted when the deputies intervened.
Tamillow faces charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, attempted robbery, and assault and battery. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $5,000 secured bond.

Teacher’s Aide Charged After Alleged Assault on Special Needs Student
**White Oak, PA** – A teacher’s aide has been charged following an incident at Francis McClure Elementary School in White Oak, according to the Allegheny County Police Department. The General Investigations Unit investigated a report alleging the aide assaulted a 5-year-old male student with special needs.
The investigation determined the incident happened on the playground on November 7 at around 11:45 a.m. Video footage shows the aide, identified as 53-year-old Amy Kevicki, grabbing the child by the neck and pushing him to the ground. Kevicki then ignored the child and walked towards the building. No injuries were reported.
After working with the district attorney’s office, detectives have charged Kevicki with misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, and summary harassment.
