Ansonia Man Faces Fentanyl Trafficking Charges
**Stamford, CT** – Daqwon Graham, a 30-year-old resident of Ansonia, has been apprehended in Stamford following a federal complaint accusing him of fentanyl trafficking offenses. The arrest was announced by Marc H. Silverman, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, and Stephen P. Belleau, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the DEA for New England, on Thursday.
Authorities allege that Graham was identified as a major distributor of fentanyl in Fairfield County by the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Bridgeport HIDTA Task Force and the Stamford Police Department. His activities are linked to an overdose death in Branford in March 2023 and another in Shelton in October 2024. Controlled purchases of fentanyl were reportedly made from Graham in January and February 2025.
Graham was arrested on High Ridge Road in Stamford on Wednesday, allegedly in possession of approximately 400 grams of fentanyl. He subsequently appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge S. Dave Vatti in Bridgeport, where he was ordered to remain detained.

East Orange Man Faces Additional Murder Charge
**Guttenberg, NJ** – The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit has filed another murder charge against Lamont Cole of East Orange following the deaths of two men in Guttenberg.
Previously, Cole faced a murder charge related to the death of Justo Bory, 87, from Guttenberg. The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office’s post-mortem report for Ricardo Bory, 58, determined his death resulted from homicidal violence. Consequently, Cole now faces two counts of murder under N.J.S.A. 2C:11-3a(1)/(2).
On November 23, shortly after 10 p.m., Guttenberg Police were alerted to two unresponsive males at 209 71st Street. Identified as Justo and Ricardo Bory, both men were pronounced dead at the scene. During the initial investigation, Cole was arrested for interference and has since been held at the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
Cole’s murder charge regarding Justo Bory was filed on December 3, after the medical examiner determined the cause of death as neck compression, classifying it as homicide. These charges remain accusations, with Cole

Delaware State Police Arrest Man for Seventh DUI After Crash
**Dover, DE** – Delaware State Police have arrested Luis Rivera, 52, of Georgetown, Delaware, for his seventh DUI offense following a crash investigation early Monday morning.
At approximately 12:39 a.m. on Monday, troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Bay Road, near Milford Neck Road. The crash involved a Ford F-250 with visible damage and deployed airbags.
The investigation indicated that the vehicle left the northbound lane of Bay Road, entered a residential yard in the 3000 block, and collided with an electrical box, mailbox, and a large tree before coming to a stop. Officers found Rivera in the vehicle exhibiting signs of impairment.
Rivera was transported to a hospital for evaluation by Emergency Medical Services. At the hospital, the presence of alcohol was detected on his breath and field sobriety tests indicated further impairment.
A background check showed Rivera had six prior DUI convictions. An inventory of his vehicle revealed an empty bottle of alcohol. Once medically cleared, Rivera was charged at Troop 4 with a seventh DUI offense, malicious mischief by motor vehicle, and failing to remain in a single lane. He was arraigned and committed to
