**Baltimore, MD** – Homicide detectives are requesting assistance to find suspects involved in the shooting of 22-year-old Isaiah Shackleford.

On Thursday, at approximately 8:37 a.m., Shackleford was discovered in his vehicle on I-295 South, near Annapolis Road, with a serious gunshot wound. Investigators have established that Shackleford was driving a gray 2017 Mazda 3 with Maryland tag 2GH6700. He was traveling southbound on South Monroe Street, entering the ramp for I-295 South, and continuing onto I-295 South to Annapolis Road when he was found with the gunshot wound.

Detectives are appealing to anyone who was traveling in the area and may have witnessed the incident to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup or the Homicide Detectives at 410-396-2100.

Due to the severity of the victim’s condition, the Homicide Detectives have taken over the investigation.

**WILKES-BARRE, PA** – A warrant arrest for public intoxication occurred at 0016 hours on Friday at East Market Street, Wilkes-Barre. The defendant involved was identified as Kyle Wilson, 39, from Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Police responded to a call about an unresponsive male at 77 East Market Street. Officers found Wilson lying on the ground under the influence of alcohol to a degree dangerous to himself.

Further investigation revealed an active arrest warrant for Wilson issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office. Wilson was subsequently taken into police custody and transported to City Headquarters.

Following his arrest, Wilson was taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility (LCCF).

**Wilkes-Barre, PA** – A public intoxication incident occurred on Wednesday at 3:52 PM, according to the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department. Officers responded to reports of an intoxicated man at the intersection of South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and East Northampton Street.

Police identified the individual as Santiago Cardona Nava, aged 42, of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, officers observed that Nava was heavily under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Nava was determined to be a danger to himself due to his intoxicated state. Authorities took him into custody and issued a citation for public intoxication.
