Jaylana Rivera was last seen around 2:30 p.m. on Monday in the area of the school, according to the Township of Hamilton Police Department. She is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Police said she has a nose piercing and was last seen wearing jeans, a green crop top, and a black hoodie.
