Two juveniles charged in armed robbery of teen at Northeast Baltimore bus stop

BALTIMORE, Md. — Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place last week in Northeast Baltimore, police announced Wednesday.

The incident occurred on May 7 in the 4600 block of Harford Road, where a 17-year-old male was approached by a group of juveniles while waiting at a bus stop on his way to work. Police said the suspects displayed firearms and took the victim’s property before fleeing the area.

Investigators obtained surveillance video of the robbery, which helped identify the suspects. Five days later, on May 12, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old male turned themselves in to authorities.

Both suspects were taken to the Juvenile Justice Center and formally charged with armed robbery. No additional suspects have been named at this time.

The investigation remains active as detectives continue to review evidence and surveillance related to the incident.
