Two $50K Powerball Tickets Sold in New York

EAST ROCKAWAY, NY; LINDENHURST, NY – The New York Lottery has announced that two third-prize-winning tickets from the April 15 Powerball drawing were sold in East Rockaway and Lindenhurst, each valued at $50,000.

The lucky tickets were purchased at Rockaway Petru on 411 Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway and MAGIC 50% OFF CARDS at 600 North Wellwood Avenue in Lindenhurst. In the latest drawing, each ticket matched the numbers for the third prize.

The Powerball numbers are drawn from a set of 69, with a separate red Powerball drawn from a set of 26. Drawings are held and televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 PM.
