White House Reports “Aliens Walk Among Us” Release Report on Lakewood

A new White House immigration website shows 114 arrests in Lakewood between February 2025 and May 2026, with officials citing a range of criminal charges and gang affiliations among some individuals taken into custody.

A newly launched White House immigration database is drawing attention to enforcement activity in Ocean County after data showed more than 100 arrests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Lakewood over a roughly 16-month period.

According to information published on WhiteHouse.gov’s new “Alien Arrest Map,” ICE recorded 114 arrests in Lakewood between Feb. 4, 2025, and May 24, 2026.

“They walk among us,” the website whitehouse.gov/aliens says, a play on the UFO and alien phenomenon that coincides with the President’s release of classified UFO files.

New website tracks immigration arrests nationwide

The website uses the term “alien,” a legal designation found in federal immigration law referring to non-U.S. citizens. The White House says the platform is designed to provide the public with information about immigration enforcement actions across the country.

Data listed for Lakewood indicates the arrests involved individuals from Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, and Türkiye.

The website also states that some of those arrested were identified as having gang affiliations.

Charges range from assault to fraud and weapons offenses

According to the White House database, the arrests involved individuals accused of a variety of offenses, including assault, burglary, fraudulent activities, immigration violations, obstruction-related offenses, traffic offenses, and weapons crimes.

The website does not provide detailed case information for every arrest and does not indicate whether all listed criminal allegations resulted in convictions.

Interactive map highlights local enforcement activity

The online platform features a live interactive map that allows users to search communities across the United States and view arrest statistics compiled by federal authorities.

The launch comes as immigration enforcement remains a major policy focus of the Trump administration, which has expanded efforts to publicize ICE operations and provide additional transparency regarding enforcement actions nationwide.

Residents can access the interactive database through WhiteHouse.gov to review information for communities throughout the country.
