Wilkes-Barre Police Arrest Two for Trespassing and Outstanding Warrants

Wilkes-Barre, PA – Authorities responded to a criminal trespass call on East Elm Street and made two arrests.

On October 14 at 5:14 PM, police were dispatched following reports of two individuals observed trespassing in a vacant apartment. The persons involved were identified as Louis Seess, aged 43, and Jamie Guth, aged 40, both residents of Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Officers arriving at the scene confirmed the presence of Seess and Guth inside the trespassed property. Upon further investigation, it was determined that both individuals had outstanding warrants for “Endangering the Welfare of Children.”

Subsequently, Seess and Guth were taken into custody and transported to City Headquarters for arraignment. Both have been charged, and further legal proceedings are pending.
