Woman Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance in Kingston

Wilkes-Barre, PA – On Tuesday, police arrested Cherlynn DIAMOND, 34, of Kingston, for possession of a controlled substance after she was found on Sambourne Street. Officers recognized DIAMOND from an active warrant and detained her; she then tried to smoke crack cocaine before being apprehended. DIAMOND was processed at City Headquarters before being transferred to Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
