GALLIPOLIS, OH – Mark Stanley of Patriot is enjoying a spring windfall after winning a $2-million annuity prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $20 Money scratch-off. www.ohiolottery.com/Games/ScratchOffs/20DollarGames/Money

Mark purchased his winning ticket at JC’s Market III, located at 3747 Jackson Pike in Gallipolis.

Mark chose the annuity and will receive $80,000 a year for 25 years before taxes. He beat odds of 1 in1,333,333 to win the game’s top prize. JC’s Market III receives a $10,000 sales bonus.
