by Charlie Dwyer

NEPTUNE, NJ – On Monday, Matthew Lloyd, a 28-year-old resident of Neptune, was arrested and charged with third-degree theft by deception.

The charge was a result of an incident where Lloyd allegedly accepted a $4000.00 payment for pool work from a resident, which was not executed.

Following the charge, Lloyd was processed and released on a summons, with Patrolman Michael Cacciatore named as the investigating officer.
