EDGEWOOD, MD – Harford County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking into a fatal shooting that took place in Edgewood last Wednesday.
Patrol deputies reached the 600 block of Longwood Court in response to a shooting report at approximately 7:42 a.m. on the same day.
The victim, 33-year-old Tyrell Orlando Polley of Edgewood, was found at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Polley was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division has taken up the case for further investigation. Specialists from the Forensic Services Unit were also dispatched to the scene to collect and preserve physical evidence to aid the investigation.
As the investigation is still in its early stages, the circumstances and motives behind the crime are yet to be uncovered.
