Columbus Shooting Injures One, Strikes Gas Line

COLUMBUS, OH – A shooting in Columbus resulted in two individuals being injured and a damaged gas line. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Brandy Drive at around 6:25 p.m.

Columbus Police discovered one victim with a gunshot wound at the scene. A second individual independently sought treatment at a hospital. Both victims were reported to be in stable condition.

The shooting also caused collateral damage, as a bullet struck a gas line in the 4700 block of Laraine Court, raising safety concerns in the apartment complex area.

The Columbus Police are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information to come forward.
