NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty New York City Police Department officer was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated in Harlem. Officer Jennifer Melendez, 39, faced arrest and charges on Tuesday, within the 25th Precinct. The arrest occurred at 8:46 PM.
