Cape May County man held without bail following arrest for alleged threats of violence

CAPE MAY COURTHOUSE, N.J. — Authorities have detained a man without bail after he was charged with making threats of violence in Mercer County, according to official records.

Kevin NMN Castrogonzalez, also known by multiple aliases including Kevin Castro-Gonzalez and Kevin Gonzalez, was booked into custody on Sunday, records from the Mercer County Department of Corrections show. Officials said Castrogonzalez’s commitment follows an alleged incident on November 30.

Court filings indicate that Castrogonzalez faces charges under New Jersey statute 2C:12-3A, which involves making violent threats. Details regarding the nature of the alleged threats or their intended target were not immediately available.

Judge Thomas Keywood ordered that Castrogonzalez be held without bail during a court proceeding on Sunday. The case remains open, with no projected release date currently set.
