TRENTON, NJ – A Powerball ticket purchased in Nutley, Essex County, secured a $2 million prize in the Saturday, Dec. 21 drawing, marking a major win for a New Jersey player.

The winning ticket matched all five white balls—01, 12, 17, 21, and 58—and the Power Play multiplier of 3X. It was sold at Lucky 7 Deli and Food Mart on Centre Street.

Two additional significant prizes were also claimed in New Jersey. A player on Jackpot.com matched four white balls and the multiplier, earning $150,000, while another ticket sold at ShopRite in Middletown, Monmouth County, matched four white balls and the Powerball to win $50,000.
