EGG HARBOR CITY, N.J. — New Jersey State Police troopers, alongside members of the NJSP Forensic Laboratory South, partnered with Church By the Bay and the Pic-A-Lilli Inn to provide hot meals, clothing, and essential resources to residents in need.

With the Pic-A-Lilli Inn donating its venue and staff, troopers prepared and distributed 150 hot meals to community members, offering both nourishment and support.

The outreach event also focused on public safety, with troopers providing critical car seat safety information to families.

Operation Rise contributed to the effort by distributing naloxone and sharing vital drug prevention and awareness resources.

Officials said the initiative aimed to strengthen community relationships while addressing health and safety needs.
