FREDERICA, DE — A 37-year-old man from Magnolia has been identified as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Wednesday morning in Frederica, Delaware.
Delaware State Police confirmed the deceased as Nirangan Riker. The crash remains under active investigation by the Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
